Important
Charter Information
A
deposit of $100 is required to confirm and secure your requested
dates. Deposit is fully refundable upon cancellation until
one week prior to the charter date. Otherwise, the deposit
is forfeited. Charter rates are for one Guide, with a maximum
of two people per boat. Short notice trips are accepted
if available. Due to heavy volume, potential clients should
book their reservations as early as possible. Peak months
on the Space Coast are some times booked well in advance.
The Captains reserves the right to cancel the trip due to
bad weather. If this occurs, your deposit will be fully
refunded. These weather conditions are those deemed too
dangerous, and not worth risking personal safety. If we
feel it is going to be safe, and there is a chance of finding
fish, the trip will go on. An important part of each charter
ensures that our Guides will provide you with a courteous,
professional, enjoyable and memorable fishing experience.
As a result if you require access facilities, have special
needs or want to target a specific fish let them know. To
help make your trip a success, please communicate your wishes
and needs to them prior to the trip. Children are always
welcome however, we require the parent or guardian's full-time
attention while on board. Children under the age of nine
must wear a life preserver when ever the vessel is under
way. You will be informed of the meeting times and ramp
location 48 hours before the trip. The reason for this is
that the time and place could change depending on weather
and fishing conditions in a certain area. Start times will
vary with the seasons, summer trips will start early (5:30-6:00
am). Fall trips start around mid morning, and winter to
spring the start times will depends on the weather and temperature.
Payment
Options
We accept Cash, Pay Pal and Credit Cards (American
Express, Master Card, or VISA). Payments made through Pay
Pal or by Credit Card must be made through our website.
Please note that we do not have the authority to enter credit
card information or the capability to clear credit card
transactions at the dock. We can accept Cash, money orders,
and travlers checks at the dock made out to the Capt that
your fishing with that day.
